Return and Refund Policy

We want your order to meet all your expectations and hope you enjoy your purchase.

If you received an incorrect item (not listed in your order) or your item arrived damaged, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange at no additional cost. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

⚠️ Please note: We do not accept returns due to sizing issues. If you're unsure about your size, we recommend ordering one size up to ensure the best fit.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be returned in the original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Refunds  

Generally, the recipient will bear the shipping fee to return it to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  
Next, contact your bank. Processing your refund may take some time, so be patient.

Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thetaylorsmelbourne.com.
